This policy covers the website. It is not the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which covers what happens at the clinic and lives on its own page.

What the build can state as fact
- Forms collect a name, contact information, and what the visitor is asking about. Nothing else.
- Form submissions are delivered to GoHighLevel and recorded in MetaTech’s reporting.
- No third party advertising pixels run on this site.
- Analytics is cookieless and collects nothing personally identifiable.
- The website does not connect to Elation and stores no patient records.
- Cloudflare is the host and the CDN.
These are the facts the build can supply. The legal framing around them comes from counsel.
