Direct Primary Care Associates wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, or other assistive technology.
The standard we work to
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What the site does
- Zoom is enabled on every page, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
- An accessibility panel on every page adjusts text size, contrast and motion, and remembers your choice on your device.
- A skip link, clear page landmarks and a visible focus outline on everything you can select.
- The navigation menus open from the keyboard as well as the mouse.
- Question and answer sections work with JavaScript switched off.
- Animation is turned off for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion.
- Color contrast is checked on every text and background combination in use.
