$89 for an adult, $35 for a child on a family account, $248 family maximum, plus a one time $75 enrollment fee per family. No location surcharge.

Every clinic caps panel size. That is what makes the scheduling promise hold at all four for members. DPCA is appointment only and does not take walk-ins.
