Adult, age 18 and over
$89 / month
Children under 18 are $35 a month. Family maximum is $248 a month for two adults and two or more children. Membership covers care delivered by DPCA. It is not insurance.
What actually changes
You get your provider back.
Traditional primary care runs on insurance billing. That is what produces the seven minute visit, the three week wait, and the bill that shows up a month later.
We do not bill insurance for our care. That removes the paperwork, the coding, and the volume pressure, so our providers keep small panels and answer their own phones. You pay one flat monthly price and you know it before you walk in.

Everyday care
Visits without a meter running
Unlimited office visits, same or next day appointments, acute illness and injury, chronic disease management, annual physicals, well woman care, and men’s and women’s health.
Labs and testing
Answers in house
Annual lab work, in-house urinalysis, rapid strep, A1C for diabetics, cholesterol testing, EKG, and pulmonary function testing.
Procedures
Handled here, not referred out
Laceration repair, skin lesion and wart removal, joint aspiration and injection, cerumen removal, and sprain care.

Planstin Care+ Direct
A full employer health plan built on top of DPCA primary care, with care coordination steering specialty and hospital care. Our lead offer for groups replacing a plan.
Employer memberships
DPCA on its own at $79 per employee per month. Works as a stand-alone benefit under 50 full time employees, or alongside your existing plan.
Occupational health
DOT physicals, drug testing, pre-employment screening, and fit for duty exams. Included for member employees, drug testing excepted.
They are very proactive in helping their patients, have a quick response whenever I am in need of something, and are extremely friendly at the office. The provider is very personable and the staff is so caring.
