For individuals and families

Your provider. Their actual phone number. $89 a month.

No copay at the desk. No claim filed. No three week wait for fifteen minutes you did not get. One membership covers your visits, your routine labs, and over 1,000 medications.

You are paying for insurance and still cannot get in to see anyone.

Here is what most people run into. The next available appointment is three weeks out. When you get there you get seven minutes, because the practice has to see enough patients to survive on what insurance pays. A month later a bill arrives for an amount nobody quoted you.

None of that is your provider's fault. It is what happens when a practice runs on insurance billing.

We took the billing out. That is the whole model. Our providers keep small panels, so they have time. We charge one flat monthly price, so you know it before you walk in.

Both columns, on purpose.

Most practices tell you what they cover. Here is both, because finding out in an emergency room is worse.

Unlimited office visits with your provider
Same or next day appointments

Specialist care, we coordinate it but do not cover it
Emergency room and urgent care visits

Membership is not insurance. We recommend every member carry coverage for major medical events, and we can connect you with a local agent.

Pricing

Three rates. That is the whole price list.

No enrollment tiers, no upgrade path, no most popular badge. The receipt on the right is the entire pricing model, including what it does not cover.

TOTAL

Adult, age 18 and over $89 / mo
Child under 18 $35 / mo
Family maximum $248 / mo
VERIFY:B1

Family maximum applies to two adults and two or more children under 18. Membership covers care delivered by DPCA. It is not insurance.

Membership makes the most sense if

01

You have a high deductible plan.

A year of membership usually costs less than your deductible, and it covers the care you actually use. Your plan stays for the things it is genuinely for.

02

Somebody in your house has a condition that needs managing.

Diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol. These need regular contact with someone who knows you, not an appointment you keep pushing because of the copay.

03

You have a family and the copays add up.

Two adults and two children hit the $248 family maximum. Every visit after that costs nothing at the desk.

Also worth saying plainly: if you have no insurance at all, membership covers your primary care but it does not cover a hospital stay. Talk to us before you decide it is enough on its own.

Insurance and coverage

Is this insurance?

No. DPCA is a membership medical practice, not an insurance company. Your membership covers the care our providers deliver in our clinics. It does not cover hospital stays, specialists, emergency care, or surgery. We recommend every member carry coverage for major medical events, and we can connect you with a local agent who handles that.

I already have insurance. Does DPCA still make sense?

For most people, yes. A year of membership usually costs less than a deductible, and it covers the care you actually use most: visits, routine labs, and everyday medications. Members with insurance keep it for the things membership does not cover, which is hospital care, specialists, emergencies, and surgery. Many pair DPCA with a high deductible plan for exactly that reason.

Membership and cost

What does membership cost?

Adults age 18 and over are $89 a month. Children under 18 are $35 a month. The family maximum is $248 a month for two adults and two or more children under 18. There is no copay at check-in and no deductible, because we do not file a claim for our care.

Can I enroll my child without enrolling myself?

Pending confirmation from the practice. VERIFY:B2

Is there a contract, an enrollment fee, or a cancellation penalty?

Pending confirmation from the practice. VERIFY:B4

Getting care

Can I get a same day or next day appointment?

Yes. We cap how many members each provider takes, which is what makes same or next day appointments possible. You can see your provider's calendar and book directly, send a message, or call the clinic. We would rather you schedule so you are not sitting in the waiting room, but we will not turn you away.

How do I reach my provider between visits?

Call, text, or email your care team directly. Most questions get answered without an appointment at all. You are not routing through a phone tree to leave a message with someone who will call you back tomorrow.

Do you offer telehealth?

Pending confirmation from the practice. VERIFY:C3

Do you see children?
