What is on the list
Over 1,000 quality maintenance medications. These are the everyday drugs most people are actually on: blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes, mental health, antibiotics, and the common generics.
PDF, eight pages, last updated August 2026. It lists every included medication with its maximum quantity, grouped by condition.
What the program does not cover
Brand name and specialty medications outside the formulary are not included. Neither are compounded medications or anything requiring a specialty pharmacy.
If you are on something that is not covered, tell us. We often find a covered alternative that does the same job, and when there is not one we will tell you what the cash price actually is before you get to a counter.
