What is on the list
Over 1,000 quality maintenance medications. These are the everyday drugs most people are actually on: blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid, diabetes, mental health, antibiotics, and the common generics.
The 2025 Manifest formulary PDF has not been handed over yet. The file crawled from the current site came back as an error page, not a document. VERIFY:E8
Recommendation, not a blocker: the formulary should be searchable on the page rather than a download only. A member wanting to know whether their specific medication is covered should type it into a box, not scan a PDF. That needs the list as structured data from Manifest. VERIFY:RX1

What the program does not cover
Brand name and specialty medications outside the formulary are not included. Neither are compounded medications or anything requiring a specialty pharmacy.
If you are on something that is not covered, tell us. We often find a covered alternative that does the same job, and when there is not one we will tell you what the cash price actually is before you get to a counter.
