Family maximum applies to two adults and two or more children under 18. Membership covers care delivered by DPCA. It is not insurance and does not replace an ACA-compliant plan for groups of 50 or more.

Two ways this works, depending on your headcount.

Under 50 full time employees

DPCA membership can be offered on its own, as a stand-alone benefit. No plan required alongside it. For a lot of small employers this is the first real health benefit they have been able to afford.

50 or more full time employees

DPCA membership pairs with your ACA-compliant plan rather than replacing it. It pairs best with a high deductible option, because membership covers exactly the care your employees currently avoid on account of the deductible.

If you are ready to change the plan itself rather than add to it, look at Planstin Care+ Direct.

What actually changes for your team

01

They stop putting off care.

No cost at the desk means the blood pressure check happens in March instead of in an emergency room in November.

02

They stop losing a day to an appointment.

Same or next day scheduling and direct access to their provider by phone, text, or email. Most questions get handled without anyone leaving work.

03

Recruiting and retention.

A benefit a 24 year old can name and use beats a plan they do not understand and never touch.

04

Occupational health comes with it.

Pre-employment screenings, fit-for-duty, return-to-work, health screenings, and DOT physicals are included for member employees. Drug testing is billed separately.

From first call to enrolled

STEP 01

Benefits review.

Send us your headcount and where your people are. We tell you whether this fits, and whether stand-alone or paired is right for your size.

STEP 02

Pick your structure.

Employee only, or employees plus dependents. You decide what you cover and what employees pay toward dependents.

STEP 03

Enroll.

You can start at any point in the year. Membership is not tied to your plan year, so you do not wait for open enrollment.

STEP 04

Your team gets a clinic.

Each employee picks the DPCA location closest to them and books their first visit.

Employer questions

Can I offer this as a stand-alone benefit for my employees?

If you have fewer than 50 full time employees, yes. DPCA membership can be offered on its own. At 50 or more full time employees, DPCA membership pairs with an ACA-compliant health plan rather than replacing it.

A named employer with real numbers belongs here. It is the one thing on this site that cannot be written for DPCA, so the slot stays visible. VERIFY:F2

That is usually enough for us to tell you whether this makes sense. If it does not, we will say so.
